As a Premier Services Gold Account Manager, you will provide sales and support to the client's high volume domain customers via telephone calls and email. You will be focused on helping our top customers succeed in the domain and aftermarket industry by assessing customer business plans and marketing strategy, developing and presenting strategies and plans, and providing expert technical and general support.

Responsibilities

  •  Educate and advise customers on managing a successful domaining business and the services
    offered by Premier Services
  • Using discretion and independent judgment, pro-actively consult with customers to assess their
    needs, develop solutions, recommend the right products and strategies to help customers
    succeed, and implement the solutions developed
  • Develop investment strategies for customers through monetization, CashParking, hosting and
    other products
  • Develop and implement strategies to develop customer accounts, including implementing
    calling campaigns and other methods of contacting customers
  • Diagnose and solve customer technical problems with varying complexity, using multiple tools
    and systems
  • Manage customer asset portfolio using aftermarket expertise, to enable year-over-year growth
  • Implement high volume orders for customers
  • Markets company services through outreach campaigns to increase customer base, which may include in-person visits to industry events and individual meetings and social events with customers

Requirements

  • Education/Experience
    • Associates degree or equivalent work experience (two years) required
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, Marketing, Computer Science, MIS or four years’ experience highly desirable
  • Work related experience
    • Twelve (12) months of experience providing support to GoDaddy customers is required
    • Strong knowledge of domain monetization and domain aftermarket
    • Knowledge of Internet affiliate programs and strategies
    • Specialized knowledge
    • Strong technical and usability of GoDaddy products and services
    • Strong listening and rapport-building skills
