Global VDI Citrix Netscaler ADC Engineer

What We’re Looking for ⬇️

Requirements:

• IT-related careers with a focus on Virtualization Technologies and certifications.
• 6+ years of hands-on technical engineering and at least 5 years of ADC engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Minimum of 10 years of network engineering experience in Critical Data Center Network Environments and large Multinational Networks.
• English Level: B1.
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service on Citrix Cloud Certified – CC-VAD-CC.
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service w Microsoft Azure Certified – CC-VAD-MA.
• Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization – CCP-V.
• Citrix Certified Expert – Virtualization – CCE - V.
• Citrix Certified Expert – App Delivery and Security – CCE-AppDS.
• Citrix Certified Expert – Networking - CCE-N.
• Cisco CCNA or better.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ADC design, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate expertise with Citrix ADC and implement load balancing best practices.
• Act as the point of contact for Citrix escalations and identify any required upgrades.
• Work with application teams troubleshooting application issues from a network perspective and support the understanding of how applications function within the network.
• Provide support for incoming Citrix ADC tickets in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members.
• Perform other duties relevant to the project team as assigned.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
